Return and Refund Policy
- We understand the importance of your satisfaction and are here to ensure that you are happy with the product you ordered. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is not in good condition, is damaged or defective, or received in a different condition than what was ordered.
- Please do not accept delivery of any item that has a damaged or tampered outer packaging. If you open the packaging and find the item damaged, please contact customer care. Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or exchange.
- For locations that support reverse pickup, we will arrange the reverse pickup of the product free of cost if it is damaged, for exchange or refund. If reverse pickup is not available for your location, you must send the product to us via courier at your own expense and we will refund up to Rs 120 per product or the amount of the courier receipt, whichever is lower.
- Please note that products that have been tampered with, opened, or used cannot be returned. The refund will be processed using the same online mode as the original payment for prepaid orders, and RTGS or a cheque will be issued for COD orders within 7-10 business days. The customer must fill out a refund form.
- In the event of a product malfunction during the 2-year warranty period, you must send the product to our service center in Ahmedabad, Gujarat through courier. We will cover the cost of shipping the product back after it is repaired, while you must cover the cost of shipping it to us. The product will be dispatched within 7 working days of being received.
- If the product is returned due to disliking or some other issues, a charge will be levied if the product is returned. The price is calculated by zone or weight, respectively, and will vary from Rs 40 to Rs 90 per 500 grams of the shipment's weight.
- In Case the product is lost in transit, a refund will only initiate after an investigation is completed or 30 Days of Dispatch date which ever is earlier.
